Gorgeous Green Banana Rocky Road Recipe – Your New Favourite Healthy Treat!
Presenting Rocky Road with a twist! We’ve teamed up with Naked Harvest to create this mouthwatering combo that’s packed with a mix of FUNDAY goodness and Naked Harvest’s Banana Lolly Gorgeous Greens.
Naked Harvest's Gorgeous Greens blend, whilst delicious on it's own, gives this rocky road that gorgeous green colour and adds an extra nutrient boost.
Gotta say that this combo was a huge hit at FUNDAY headquarters and is the perfect lil' morning tea treat. So go on, give it a crack!
Ingredients:
Approx. 375g sugar free white chocolate melts
FUNDAY Strawberry & Cream gummies
2 tbsp Naked Harvest Banana Lolly Gorgeous Greens
Digestive Biscuits, chopped
Sugar Free mini Marshmallows
*quantities may need to vary depending on size of your moulds/ dish
Method:
1. Melt the white chocolate until smooth and creamy.
2. Stir in Naked Harvest Banana Lolly Gorgeous Greens powder, then mix in the FUNDAY lollies, digestive biscuits, and marshmallows until everything is fully coated.
3. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and pop it in the fridge for at least 3 hours until fully set.
4. Slice, serve, and enjoy! 😍🍫
